NEW SERVICE OFFERINGS FOR 2022!

We are pleased to announce that we have been working on increasing our service offerings that can be done electronically.  The following options coming soon are: 

  • Emailed Billing Statements 
    • We have the ability to email patient billing statements to an email on file each month.  For providers that accept online payments, there will also be a link directly to the payment site.
  • Patient Information Update Portal 
    • We now have a page that allows your patient to update most information online!  They can update their name/address/insurance information online as well as Opt-In to emailed statements if they'd prefer.
  • Payment Agreements Online (COMING SOON!!)
    • Setting up a payment agreement is easier than ever!  If you'd like to setup a recurring payment arrangement for your outstanding balance, you can do so online.

COVID-19 and Telehealth

As a result of COVID-19, many insurance payers are allowing providers to bill for Telehealth services.  However, there are many factors that differ from payer to payer.  Please make sure that you, your patients, or your billing specialist are checking with the patient's specific policy to assure they will be covered.

It's January.....You know what that means!

Insurance changes typically take effect January 1st.  If you are in private practice, you know how crucial it is to maintain accurate insurance records in order to keep your billing process moving smoothly.  Take the few extra minutes at the start of your first appointment of the new year with each client to verify their demographic and insurance information.  This will assure accurate statements and timely insurance responses.
